Meetings and Visits

The Association meets on the third Thursday of each month unless otherwise stated.

Meetings are not held in July, August or December.

Presentations and lectures are given in the Assembly Hall, Melksham Market Place at 7:30pm.

The assembly point for the summer evening visits, unless otherwise stated,
is in the Church Street car park. Departure times vary.

Guests are welcome to all our functions at a fee of £3 per session (now reduced to £1).

Covid 19 Update

A hand sanitiser will be placed for you to use on the way into the hall.

Please feel free to wear a mask if you wish.

We will ensure that ventilation / air conditioning is on and seating will be spaced out more than in the past.

We will still be able to offer tea and coffee after the meeting, this will be served from our usual table, in plastic cups, please return your empties in the box provided. We regret that there will not be any biscuits on offer.

Please try not to congregate or queue too closely together.

Visitors / Non Members will only be charged £1 from now on – as this is to avoid too much handling of cash,
please try not to need change.
