The Underground Worlds at Corsham - Thu 21st April 2016
Presented by Nick McCamley

Nick is the authority on the vast underground network of mines beneath the Corsham area that was used by the MOD during and after WW2.

This will be a fascinating evening unlocking the mysteries of what went on beneath Corsham.

Thursday 21st April - 7:30pm
Melksham Assembly Hall
All welcome, guests £3

Ammunition train entering the siding to the underground complex, from the Corsham end of Box tunnel.
Report -

Our April meeting was a slide show and presentation by Nick Mc Camley entitled “Underground worlds of Corsham".

This was a very well attended meeting and Nicks knowledge of what went on beneath Corsham during WW2 and the Cold war period held the audience spellbound.

We hope to have Nick back some when in the future for another lecture.
