Annual General Meeting - Thu 16th November 2017
Social Evening with entertainment

Report -

MELKSHAM & DISTRICT HISTORICAL ASSOCIATION

Our 2017 Annual general meeting and supper was held at the Melksham Assembly Hall on Thursday 16th November. After the formal business of the association, we were entertained by Pete Butler, who gave us a very entertaining hour of singing and playing keyboard and various other instruments, with songs from his wide spectrum from 1950’s to present day songs.

Our next meeting will be in the new year, on Thursday Jan 18th when we will have a “Slides evening”, Tony Fivash will present a slide show of local interest.

Looking forward to February, Chris and Judy Rouse will give a slide show and talk entitled “Railway Navvies”
